- Provide 4 quart of Red Onions.
- Use 6 tbsp of kosher salt.
- Provide 3 each of bay leaf.
- Prepare 3 cup of granulated sugar.
- Prepare 2 tsp of whole black peppercorns.
- Get 1 1/2 cup of rice wine vinegar.
- Provide 2 cup of distilled white vinagar.
