- En la sarten donde estan los condimentos sofritos, colocarlos a fuego bajo y agregar el pollo y mezclar, las arverjas, el maiz, las habichuelas y todos los condimentos de la receta uno a uno pero or revolviendo con cuchara de Palo preferiblemente.
- En una olla grande o amplia colocar una capa de arroz cocido y una capa del condimentos y pollo, una capa de pasta cabello, una Segundo capa de arroz y del sofrito con pollo, una tercera capa hasta agotar arroz, pollo, pasta cabello y sofrito, revolver todo el contenido y volver al fuego bajo x 5 a 7 minutos revolviendo el arroz con pollo y verduras..
