The ingredients needed to make Basamati Rice:
- You need 5 handfuls of rice.
- Provide of Water.
- Use of Cardmom.
- Take of Zir I’ll show pic of it cuz I don’t know it’s name in English lol.
- Get stick of Cinnamon.
- Use of Salt.
- Take of Raisins.
- You need of Onion.
- Prepare of Almonds.
Instructions to make Basamati Rice:
- Soak rice in water for 10 minutes while that’s doing that boil water and salt it but don’t over salt.
- Leave water to boil on low because you will need it in the next step.
- Start the spice take the spices whole and cut some onion add it to a pan with a lil oil add the onion salute till soft add the the whole spices and raison and almonds mix until u get the smell of the spices.
- Pour the water off the rice and turn up the heat on the boiling water add the rice in it make sure the water is way above the rice since we are boiling it one the rice is cooked there should still be water so using a strainer pour the water out don’t rinse rice add the rice to the spice mix and cover.
- Cook for 2 minutes or till rest of water is evaporated of course cover the pan with foil add one of Goya spice on top and cover for 30 seconds than take off the foil and use a fork pick at the rice all over cover till ready to serve or serve and enjoy.
