  2. Take 500 ml of milk.
  3. Use 1 of onion.
  4. Get 1 of celery stalk.
  5. Provide 2 of tomatoes.
  6. You need Half of a capsicum.
  7. Use of Coriander.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  9. Take 2 of royco cubes.
  10. Provide 1 tsp of curry powder.
  11. Provide 1 tbs of tomato paste.

  1. Wash the liver and cut it into pieces. In a bowl pour the milk. Add the liver into the milk and let it sit in milk for 12-24hrs.
  2. Chop all the ingredients and set aside.
  3. In a pan, add oil and onions, celery and capsicum and stir. Cook until transluscent.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes. Stir then cover. Let the onions cook on low heat for 5 mins or until the tomatoes cook..
  5. Add a tsp of tomatoe paste and curry powder and stir.
  6. Add the liver and cover. Let it cook on low heat for 10 mins or until the liver cooks. Add a little water and keep stirring.
  7. Add 2 royco cubes or bullion and salt to taste.
