  4. Stir the spices in then add the stock and stir.
  5. Add the apple sauce.
  6. Add the sundried tomatoes.
  7. Add the Spinach (i used frozen fresh would be better).
  8. Add the lemon juice.
  9. Add the medium curry powder and mix in a little water.
  10. Make your Rice i used Basmatti.j.
  11. Add the chutney and stir in cook for 15 minutes simmering..
  12. Add the yogurt and stir in whisk it in simmer again for 10 minutes.
  13. When its finished simmering add the Cornflour in cold water thicken to how you like it. And srve on a bed of Rice.
