- You need of Potato : (Boiled & De-skinned) & Finely Mashed.
- Prepare of Cup: Onion Birista.
- Take of Mustard Oil.
- Get of Salt.
- Provide of Coriander/Cilantro Leaves: Freshly Chopped.
- Get of Eggs : Full Boiled & Grated/Mashed.
- Get of tbsp: Mango Achar or Pickle.
- You need of Whole Dry Red Chillies (Fried).
- Get of Freshly Chopped Onions.
- Prepare of Green Chillies (Fried).
- Prepare of Freshly Chopped: Green Chillies.
- You need of Garlic Cloves (Fried).

- Second is: Dim-Aloo Bharta- Take a bowl, add in it the mashed potato : salt, mustard oil, fried onions & Red Chillies fried garlic & mix everything until well blended.
- Now, add in the Grated Eggs & finally mix well, everything again & form a ball-shaped & our Dim Aloo Bharta is ready.
- For the Achari Aloo Bharta: Take a bowl & add in it a serving spoon of Mashed Potato freshly chopped onions fried red chillies pieces & mango achar/pickle- 1 tbsp.
- Mix everything well together to form a ball-shaped: Achari Aloo Bharta.
- The Original One’s quite popularly known as the Aloo Chokha: In a bowl: take a big spoonful of mashed potato salt, fried red chilli garlic & coriander leaves, chopped green chillies & bhuna cumin & coriander seeds powder.
- Mix everything well together to form the ball-shaped, Aloo Chokha.
- For the Aloo Morich: Take a frying pan add into it 1 tbsp of ghee & then pour in the boiled & diced potatoes & sauté gently, add to it the freshly ground black peppercorns & stir fry for about 2 mins time & then, dish out on a serving plate.
- Shallow Fry the Potato Roundels with a pinch of turmeric & red chilli powder & sal to taste & dish out on a serving plate.
