- Prepare 1 cup of flattened rice (poha).
- It’s 2 &1/2 cups of hot milk.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of grated jaggery.
- Prepare 3-4 of dry fruit biscuits.
- It’s 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- Prepare 1 cup of mix dry fruits (almond, cashew, walnut, canned cranberry, dry dates, pistachio, figs, apricot).
Doodanche Fov step by step
- Add 1 cup flattened rice (poha) in a bowl. Then add 2 cups of hot milk, 2 tbsp grated jaggery, 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix well. Let the jaggery melt. Cover & let it remain soaked for 5-7 minutes..
- Take 1 cup mix dry fruits in a plate. Add 1/2 cup hot milk and let them remain soaked for 5-7 minutes as well..
- In the jar add half of the soaked poha. Crush some dry fruit biscuits with hand and add them. Then add remaining soaked poha. Top it with the soaked mix dry fruits. Serve at room temperature or chilled..
