- Prepare of almonds.
- It’s of sugar.

- Prepare of khoya/mawa.
- It’s of milk.

Badam khoya dry fruit roll step by step
- First soak the almonds in water for 6-8 hours or overnight now peel all the almonds and grind with 4-5 spoon milk in a grinder jar make a smooth paste.
- Now take a pan and put khoya sugar and 2tsp kesar milk and continuously stir until mixture left the pan.
- Now mava is ready again take a pan add 2tsp ghee almond paste and sugar and continuously stir well until the mixture remove the pan.
- Now spread the almond mixture then spread the khoya mixture now make a center stuffing take a grinder jar add dates and fig and grind well.
- Now speed the dates and fig mixture then add dry fruits and poppy seeds and make a roll with the help of cleaning wrap now set the roll 2 hours in the freezer now cut the roll and decorate with almonds dry coconut and poppy seeds.
