  2. Use of large onion largely diced.
  3. You need of ginger cut into Julien.
  4. Provide of onion paste.
  5. Take of soya sauce.

  4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadhai or wok and add paste of ginger and paste of garlic and fry for 30 sec and then add diced onion and cook until translucent.

  6. Add green chilli, ginger jullien, chopped or sliced garlic and onion paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes..
  7. Now mix chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, soya sauce well and pour into kadhai. mix well and cook for 3 minutes.

  9. Now add fried paneer cubes, crushed black pepper and give a mix.. cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes..

  11. Now mix corn flour and water to make a thin batter.
  12. Pour little by little of this corn batter into the paneer and mix constantly but gently..
  13. Adjust the thickness of your gravy with water. Add more salt if you want..
  14. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and your chinese paneer is ready..
  15. Serve with rumali roti, chapati, fried rice…..
