  4. Pour the batter in a greased plate and steam it for fifteen mins..
  5. Heat oil in a pan for temperimg and add mustard seeds,asafoetida and green chilli..

  7. Remove and let it cool down..
  8. Cut the dhokla into circles using a round cutter..
  9. Spread the mango puree over the round dhokla and lastly add the grated cheese,ripe mango cubes..
