- You need 1/4 cup of pitted dates.
- You need 1 cup of chopped mixed nuts (almond,cashew,walnut, pista).
- Prepare 1/4 cup of fig and apricot.
- You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 2 tbsp of raisins.
- You need 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds(optional).

- In a mixer jar, add dates,fig,apricot and grind to coarse paste.
- In a pan,add 1 tbsp ghee and dry roast all the nuts for 3 mins on medium flame and set aside. Do not brown the nuts..
- In the same pan, add 1 tbsp ghee,ground paste and cook for 3-5 mins until it doesn't stick to the sides..
- Add the roasted nuts to the cooked paste and mix well. Switch off the flame and transfer it to a ghee greased plate or pan..
- Apply ghee on a spoon and press it gently. After 20 mins cut it into small pieces. Now the tasty healthy dry fruits burfi is ready 😋😃.
