  17. Provide of Season with sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper.
  18. Provide of Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake).
  19. Prepare of Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned.
  20. Provide of Place them on paper towel to remove excess oil and enjoy!.
