The ingredients needed to make Yum Yum Meatloaf :-):
- You need 2 1/2 lb of beef or turkey.
- Provide 2 each of eggs.
- Take 1/2 cup of milk.
- Prepare 3 each of slices of bread.
- Get 1 1/2 tbsp of onion powder.
- Get 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cayane pepper.
- Get 1 packages of meatloaf seasoning if desired (not required but makes moist).

- perheat oven to 375.
- turn slices of bread into breadcrumbs ..toast & bake is what I do …
- mix meat with seasoning. until well blended then one egg at a time & milk .. then bread crumbs …
- shaped into loaf drop into loaf pan cook for one hour .. or until done.
- I add sweet relish on top.. then ketchup (a lot) before sticking into the oven.
Place a little oil in the bottom of a baking tray and shape the beef mix into a loaf shape. Celeste is such a little oinker ! In a blender, process the oats until they turn into fine pieces. Set the oats aside in a large bowl. Add the onion, carrots, celery and garlic to the blender; process until the vegetables are finely chopped.
