  2. in a smaller skillet heat pan on med high, place unbuttered slice of the Texas Toast in the pan. Cover and reduce heat to med low. cook for about 2 min or until its soft in center of slice..
  3. flip the slice of toast over so buttered side is down, cover and cook for about 2 min or until the butter is golden brown..
  4. once done, slice up a half an avacado lightly mayo one toast on unbuttered side again with the other slice with this time the BBQ sauce..
  5. add the slices of avacado onto the mayo slice, bacon on the BBQ side. put the Twist (sandwitch) together and try it out! its fantastic! ").
