  1. 1 pan me hafiyan dal kar 10 cup pani or sary masaly dal kar yakhni ba lein 1 sy 2 ghnta kow flame py or chaan ke rakh lein.
  2. Chopper me qeema or sary ajza dal kar achi trah chop karein.
  3. Teaspoon ki mdad sy 60 small size kofty bana lein or 3 tbl spoon oil me golden fry kar ke alug rakh lein.
  4. Pan me Oil gram karein piaz fry karein colour change ho jaye to gingr garlic paste dal dein.
  5. Sary ajza dal kar achy sy bhun lein.
  6. Dahi dal dein or mzid bhun lein.
  7. Yakhni dal dein or namk ke sath e 4 green chilli add karein.
  8. Yakhni dry ho jaye to dum py rakh dein 5 minute.
  9. Ab kofty or fried onion dal kar mzid 5 minute dum dein.
  10. Dish out karein or kch kofty silver paper sy garnish kar lein.
