  4. Then add long cut onion and fry them until little brown in colour..then take them out in a plate and allow it to cool down…

  7. Add bay leaf and cashew nuts and saute them for few sec…
  8. Now add prepared paste which we have made out of onions..and fry them a little…
  9. Then add curd..while adding curd keep ur flame upon slow and stir continue..Cook for 2 mins..
  10. Now add fried baby potatoes and mix well..
  11. Add salt as per taste and garam masala mix well..cover with a lid and cook for 5 to 7 mins…
  12. Mix well again..and add half cup water to make gravy.and mix well..
  13. Now add kasuri methi and mix well..cook for 5 mins more on low flame…
  14. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well..switch off the flame and serve hot with roti,paratha or naan…
