  1. You need of Corned Beef brisket (with the spice packet).
  2. You need of Guinness black lager beer.
  3. You need of Water.
  4. Take of Onion sliced.
  5. Provide of Garlic cloves smashed.

  6. Once the brisket is done lift it out of the pot to rest and cover with foil.
  7. Next add in your potatoes, carrots, cabbage, bay leaves and thyme, close the lid and set on pressure cook for 3 minutes.
