- Sprinkle some more flour on a surface & knead for 10 mins.
- Knead till smooth & elastic.
- Transfer in a bowl, lightly oiled. Brush the surface of the dough..
- Cover & leave in a warm place for 1 hour..
- After an hour punch it& knead for 1 min..
- Roll into a rectangular & place in the tin. Cover to rise for 20 mins.
- Using a wooden spoon, press dough all over & form indents 1 cm deep.
- Brush with combined olive oil,garlic, salt over the surface.
- Top with olives & rosemary. Sprinkle oregano,salt.
- Bake @180°c for 20-25 mins or till golden brown.
- Cut into squares while still warm.
