The ingredients needed to cook Portabello Burger:
- Use of Portabello caps.
- You need of Minced garlic.
- You need of butter (I used Country Crock).
- Take of Salt.
- Prepare of Pepper.
- Provide of Smoked cheddar.
- You need of Spinach/Kale mix.
- Use of Mayo.
- Provide of Champagne dressing.
Steps to make Portabello Burger:
- Melted butter and garlic in fry pan. Cleaned mushroom cap and salt and peppered one side. Put in pan and left for a few minutes on med heat..
