  5. Add dhania powder, a pinch of haldi powder, jeera powder and salt. The tadka is ready.keep it aside..
  6. Simultaneously on the other gas take tsp of oil upon heating, add a tsp of carom seeds, let them splutter add the mashed spinach into it and saute till the oil separates and the colour changes a bit..
  7. Now add the tadka into the palak add some water for the proper consistency. Let it boil for 2-3 mins and now add the paneer cubes. Keep it on low flame for a minute or two..
  8. Finish it off by sprinkling some garam masala. And the palak paneer is ready to serve. Enjoy with hot chapatis..
