The ingredients needed to prepare Apple Suji Halwa:

  1. Prepare 1/2 cups of suji, semolina.
  2. Take 2 tbsp of ghee.
  3. You need 3-4 tbsp of sugar or to taste.

  5. Use pinch of salt.

  1. Boil the apples in 1/2 cup water till they turns soft. Set aside to cool and blend into a puree. Heat the ghee in a pan and stir fry the semolina on a medium flame till you get a nice aroma..

  3. Mix well and add 2 cups water, followed by the salt.

  6. Spoon them into silicone moulds. Refrigerate for an hour..
