  2. Take 1 of onion.
  3. Provide 1/2 cup of crumbled paneer.

  7. Provide 1 tsp of black pepper.
  8. Use 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
  9. Provide 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  10. Use 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  11. Prepare 1/2 tbs of Ginger- chilli paste.
  12. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  13. Take As needed of Chopped green coriander.
  14. Take as needed of raisins and cashewnuts.

Steps to make Stuff Potato:

  1. Soak whole red chilli for 1 hour.
  2. Peel the potato and with help of peeler make a hole in it for stuffing.
  3. Add cashew nuts,raisins,garam masala,chopped green coriander and green chilli and salt in paneer and mix Make paste of onion and whole red chilli.
  4. Heat oil in a wok and golden fry the potato,let it cool.
  5. In pan heat ghee and add ginger-chilli paste and fry it.
  6. Now stuff the filling in potato.
  7. Now add onion paste,turmeric and coriander powder and fry till it leave oil.
  8. Add kaju paste and kashmiri mirch powder and fry couple of min Add water and salt and let it boil.
  9. Add stuff potato in it and sprinkle garam masala. Cover it and cook on medium flame for 5min.
  10. It is ready to serve.
