  5. Add eno to the mixture mix it thoroughly and pour the mixture in the hot plate cover it and let it cook10 mins on high flame.
  6. Yr khaman is ready.
  7. For seasoning heat oil in a small pan add rai jeera sesame seeds curry leaves green chillies and spread it on the khaman cut it in small cubes and serve hot with green chutney.
