The ingredients needed to make Lentil soup !:
- You need 3 cup of red lentils.
- You need 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Get 18 cup of water.
- Get 1 tsp of salt.
- Provide 3 clove of chopped garlic.
- Get 3 of onion, chopped.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of onion powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder.
- Prepare 2 of chicken cubes.
- Take 1/4 tsp of black pepper.
Instructions to make Lentil soup !:
- On medium high heat In a large stock pot add the oil and lentils and stir the lentil until they start changing from a red color to a yellowish color and keep stiring so you don't burn the lentils have some water close by.
- Once it has started to change color add about 14 cups of water and the chopped garlic and salt and let it boil some more.
- Let it boil until the water starts to go down close to half way and then add another 4 cups of water and the garlic powder and onion powder add the onions as well mix together and continue to boil on medium heat.
